2017 Championship Applications – Due December 31st

A reminder that championship applications must be submitted to the PUIC by December 31st.  Make sure you have submitted them to your local chapter in time to meet this deadline.

The ASUA web calendar has also been updated to the most current championship dates. Users may want to use the subscribe functionality to bring the calendar into their own devices, which will be automatically updated for any changes.

Umpires need to submit the completed form to their local branch rep, who will compile and forward to the PUIC along with their comments/recommendation
