Provincials – Umpire/Host Contract

All Umpire/Host contracts should be final at this point, or in the process of being finalized soon.

A reminder on the points for this process:

a preliminary agreement may be used so that the host can get permission from SB Alberta to host the event
send copy to Terry Richter first for his approval and signature [Before Final]
send copy (with Terry Richter’s signature) to host.
Softball Alberta gets a copy.
UIC gets a copy.
Binding agreement.
No letter anymore – must use contract.

Annual deadline for these agreements is May 1st
